The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of in-store marketing initiatives that bring the Arhaus brand to life across our retail locations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate retail marketing assets, campaign materials, product communications, and store support resources that ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, this individual will serve as a key partner in supporting the execution of retail marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, brand-right marketing materials that ensure consistent execution across retail locations and uphold Arhaus' commitment to an elevated customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with merchandising, marketing, creative, retail operations, and external vendors to coordinate the successful execution of retail marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by establishing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop, maintain, and organize retail marketing assets, ensuring materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate the production, distribution, and implementation of in-store marketing materials, collaborating with print vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Create and distribute marketing communications, implementation guides, and supporting documentation that enable consistent execution across retail locations.
- Support retail teams by responding to inquiries, resolving executional issues, and providing guidance throughout campaign rollouts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, new store openings, relocations, and other retail marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics related to the distribution of marketing materials and troubleshoot delivery or fulfillment issues as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects that enhance operational efficiency and support evolving business priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn marketing asset management and creative software platforms, including Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Graphic Design background a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently with minimal supervision; takes initiative.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
