This is you
5+ years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master (or Agile Coach with SM focus) in software teams
Strong facilitation skills; can lead groups with senior engineers, product owners, and management
Proven ability to improve delivery flow (cycle time, predictability, quality) and address blockers proactively
Experience with Azure DevOps Boards (mandatory); ADO dashboards/metrics (mandatory)
Solid understanding of software engineering practices (CI/CD, test strategy, architecture basics) to communicate effectively with engineers
Experience working with external vendors / distributed teams is a plus
Pragmatic mindset: balances structure with flexibility; “servant leader” who gets things done
Nice to have
Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe SM) – not mandatory if experience is strong
Experience with platform teams / product-platform dependency management
Experience in IoT / cloud platforms / enterprise software environments
Basic understanding of compliance-oriented delivery / SDLC governance (if relevant in the environment)

This is your role
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective, Refinement (as needed)
Coach the team in agile principles and practical Scrum execution (focus on delivery outcomes)
Ensure transparency of progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments
Maintain high-quality agile reporting and team dashboards in Azure DevOps (Boards, sprint metrics)
Actively remove impediments and manage escalations with internal stakeholders and vendors
Support Product Owner(s) with backlog refinement, slicing, prioritization and sprint readiness
Drive continuous improvement: retrospectives → measurable follow-ups
Facilitate cross-team coordination (dependencies, platform/product interfaces) when needed
Ensure working agreements and Definition of Ready/Done are understood and applied pragmatically
