💼 What You’ll Do:

As our On-site Transportation Manager, you’ll take ownership of the daily transportation operations, leading a local team and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driver Management: Support and motivate drivers through regular coaching and communication.

• Retention & Support: Ensure accurate payroll, track performance, and address driver concerns to foster satisfaction and retention.

• Load Coordination: Match drivers with loads efficiently and manage scheduling for on-time performance.

• Safety First: Lead ongoing safety training, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage incident response.

• Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for our client, delivering top-tier communication and problem resolution.

• Fleet Oversight: Maintain equipment standards, manage inspections, and uphold appearance and functionality.

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations (driver management/customer service ideal)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proactive, hands-on leadership style

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Class A CDL is a plus, but not required
