Role Overview
The Director of Product Management will lead product management activities in the US market. This role is responsible for setting product direction and priorities, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product management leadership across assigned product lines
- Define and support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
- Support prioritization of initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Drive collaboration and communication across stakeholders to ensure successful product execution
- Contribute to the development and maturation of product management best practices
- Support and mentor product management team members as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience
Skills & Competencies
- Previous automotive aftermarket experience, with familiarity with customer needs and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to use data to support decisions and priorities
- Solid product management fundamentals, including roadmap planning and lifecycle management
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, working well with key partners across the business
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align teams and drive clear outcomes
Languages
- Fluent in English
