About the role

Evergreen Wealth is hiring a Senior Product Designer to grow our design capabilities across our full product suite. You'll be empowered to shape the user experience and drive meaningful influence on our client's financial growth. Join us in unlocking the future of financial optimization.

What you'll do

• Partner with your peers across product, marketing, and engineering.
• Be an early member of the growing design team and have a significant say in how our team establishes design processes and ways of working.
• Play a critical role in designing the look and feel of our product from 0-1.
• Create exceptional designs with a customer-centric focus.
• Own the entire design cycle for your projects, from ideation to implementation.
• Working in a fast-paced startup environment where you will develop pragmatic design solutions for a high-visibility product.
• Provide and solicit feedback to continually raise our bar for quality.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• A customer-centric mindset when planning and scoping work.
• Deliver holistic solutions that address both business and customer needs.
• A portfolio that demonstrates functional and captivating designs across web and mobile.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools using Figma.
• Strong wire-framing and prototyping skills.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and champion adaptability to meet release goals.
• Experience partnering with Software Engineers and Product Managers.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• A collaborative approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
• A growth mindset with the aptitude for success.
