Join the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) as a Business Analyst, Information Systems Specialist 8, in our Information Technology Department. The Business Analyst will work closely with program experts, technical IT staff, and software vendors in order to recommend technology solutions that perform in an integrated manner. The Business Analyst will regularly work with staff from federal, Tribal, state, and local agencies and partner organizations, coordinating among multiple internal and external users and technical teams. The position will conduct requirements gathering analysis and prepare formal reports and documentation, such as business cases and solution recommendations.
