Job Description

NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Logistics and Fulfillment Manager for our CINEO team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics management, inventory management and warehouse management.

What You’ll Do…

• Responsible for managing all inbound and outbound international and domestic freight, as well as the receiving and order fulfillment on the inbound goods
• Partner with sales team on fulfilment and shipping logistics, such as delivery requirements and timeframes
• Coordinate with freight companies to retrieve quotes for deliveries and shipments
• Review and prepare shipment requests and maintain shipping and sales documentation for records
• Enter complete order and shipment information into QuickBooks and confirm proper inventory tracking
• Manage all receiving including new products and equipment, such as RMA, equipment for service, demo, and lab equipment
• Accurately track inventory counts on quarterly basis as well as research inventory discrepancies and determine action plan to avoid in future
• Organize all inventory, shelving, and warehousing; maintain warehouse location reference file
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and professional warehouse
• Order and maintain stock of facility items
• Be responsible for and champion safe work practices; attend safety monthly meetings and provide tail-gate communication to team
• Manage all international documentation as well as HTS classifications on finished goods and components

What You Have…

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years inventory, shipping and receiving, warehouse, and forklift experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• QuickBooks and Salesforce experience
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all time
