You will also work with our “Development” organization leads and managers to successfully implement the best program management practices and standards. Our PMO team strives to continuously improve its service by ensuring the highest levels of program management. </p><p> </p><p> </p><h1>What You Will Do in This Role:</h1><p><br/>Program management:</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and financial benefits. </p></li><li><p>Manage the day-to-day execution of development projects and programs, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, resources needed, and budgets. </p></li><li><p>Work closely with development teams and other program roles to identify and align technical, business or process risks and issues that may impact project delivery; and mitigation strategies with options and trade-offs.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership and stakeholders; including escalations. </p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration: </p><p></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with other departments. </p></li><li><p>Serve as a liaison between technical and necessary business teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of security requirements. </p></li><li><p>Be a trusted advisor to internal and external business partners/stakeholders. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Program Management peers and leadership to align programs, projects, and operations with business objectives and strategies. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to understand when and to whom to escalate. </p></li><li> </li></ul><h1>What You'll Need To be Successful In This Role: </h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Be an outcome driven person, with good critical thinking with an ability to see ahead well. </p></li><li><p>Possess over 5+ years of experience working as a program manager, ideally in area of information technology, in a senior program management position. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrate knowledge, understanding of software development engineering release cycle, SW development and release tools, quality assurance, etc. </p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies and best practices (e.g. Prince2 or PMP) </p></li><li><p>Preferably project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Prince2 Agile, or CPMP </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </p></li><li><p>Experience mentoring and coaching Engineers in program management frameworks. </p></li><li><p>Strong communication and negotiation skills. </p></li><li><p>At minimum, practical experience with MS Project, SmartSheet, MS Office, Productboard, Atlassian (both JIRA and Confluence). </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1>What We Can Offer:</h1><p></p><ul><li><p>Annual bonus scheme</p></li><li><p>Unlimited PTO (paid time off), flexible working hours & home office.</p></li><li><p>The chance to join a major global tech compan
