We are looking for someone who:

Can provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist and follow the guidelines set by the Practice Act of the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as ethical standards.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas.
• 2 years related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
