Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction and data center projects. We are looking to hire one Senior Project Manager and one Project Manager to oversee the project management in Helsinki.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Oversee data center construction projects from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate MEP construction aspects including planning, design, procurement, and commissioning.</li><li>Work with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.</li><li>Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation.</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of MEP construction experience, preferably in data centers.</li><li>Proven project management experience in a Main Contractor environment.</li><li>Fluent in Mandarin, and English.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li></ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive salary and bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth.</li></ul>
