Job Description
An associate will provide day to day support to the Executive Project Management Office (ePMO) team, supporting ongoing projects and helping to facilitate the goals of the organization’s leadership. The candidate needs to demonstrate a willingness to work closely with team members across the globe, be flexible with availability to meet demand of time zone differences, and demonstrate a willingness to learn business.
Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Preparing and distributing reports, written communications and presentations;
- Strong language skill - ability to draft & proofreading communications
- Handling multiple competing tasks, prioritizing work, communicating and helping resolve potential conflicts
- Researching and responding to all escalated inquiries
- Building relationships in a virtual environment with global teams
- Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology
- Familiarity with Project Management terminology and best practices
- Maintaining file repositories
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationship across many different functions
- Demonstrates an understanding of, and sensitivity to stakeholders needs
- Good judgment, tact and decision-making ability
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- 12-24 months of experience in a PMO function

- Powerpoint/Google Slides (branding/formatting)
- Tableau
- PowerBI
- Familiarity with G Suite products
- Project Management experience
Education level required:
- At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
