We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated LPN to join our remote care team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives behind the scenes, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting safe and timely patient care.
In this role, you will collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to prepare and review medication orders prior to provider signature.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and reconcile medication orders within the EMR based on provider direction and clinical documentation
- Review patient medication histories and pharmacy data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate clearly with providers and care coordinators to ensure timely processing
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and clinical protocols
- Uphold the confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policy
Work Environment
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8a - 5p)
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 1–2 years of clinical experience (medication management strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Practice Fusion, PointClickCare, or similar platforms)
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
