Description
Oliver Winery is seeking a versatile Digital Content & Design Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role blends design, copywriting, and digital execution to bring our brand to life across retail, digital, and hospitality touchpoints. You’ll be the creative engine behind key campaigns and the go-to person for managing our digital presence, content needs, and executional support.
This is a role for a creative doer—someone who can concept, design, write, and collaborate across teams and vendors to get great work out the door.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Creative Execution: Support marketing and trade teams with content and design needs—everything from signage and social content to menus and mockups. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Copywriting: Write and edit content for POS, product pages, press releases, email, and more. Voice and tone matter—we need someone who can write with clarity and personality.
- Digital Channel Management: Own web and digital updates; manage channels not supported by partner agency (e.g., Google, Yelp, LinkedIn); serve as liaison to partner agency for social media campaign execution (owned and organic, Meta, TikTok).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report KPIs across web, social, email, and eCommerce. Share insights monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Hospitality & DTC Support: Align on-site and off-site messaging across retail, wine club, tasting room, and digital. Support signage, promotional materials, and consumer-facing communications.
- Vendor Coordination: Interface with digital and creative partners to keep projects moving and aligned with brand strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with a focus in digital content, design, or brand execution.
- Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required).
- Proven writing and editing chops across formats and channels.
- Comfortable managing digital platforms, coordinating vendors, and interpreting performance data.
- Highly organized and collaborative, with a “get-it-done” mentality.
- Experience building and executing complex marketing programs, reporting on results, and analyzing data/applying finding to strategic initiatives.
- Experience in wine, food/bev, CPG, or hospitality is a plus.
- Due to the nature of our business, must be over 21 years of age.
