We're looking for an experienced Director to join our Zscaler Security Technology Enablement team. Reporting to the Sr Director of Global Infrastructure, you will:

• Manage Customer 0 Program: Oversee Zscaler product launches and beta testing, ensuring thorough evaluation and feedback for product refinement.
• Lead Product Showcase & Customer Engagement: Lead a team to demonstrate Zscaler products to customers, creating impactful stories and supporting EBC events with real-world product demos.
• Practice Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to execute the Customer 0 program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resolving deployment challenges.
• Embody Leadership & Team Management: Mentor a team focused on product testing, showcases, and customer engagement, setting clear goals and high standards for performance.
• Internally Advocate: Champion Zscaler products within the organization to drive strong adoption and collaboration across teams.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Product Management, Technical Sales, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, sales, and product teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Zscaler products and cloud-based security technologies (SASE, ZTNA, SWG, etc.).
• Proven success in managing product beta programs, launches, and internal tech showcases, with strong project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler products in large-scale corporate IT or production environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools and practices for product testing and deployment.
• Strong ability to create compelling narratives and use cases, with a deep understanding of cloud security, enterprise IT environments, and digital transformation trends.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$168,000—$240,000 USD
