Department Summary

The primary purpose of the Integrated Student Service Center (ISSC)/UNT OneStop is to provide a progressive and simplified student experience across the areas of financial aid, student accounting, money management, registrar and admissions. Central to the ISSC model is to promote a culture that supports customer service, student satisfaction, retention, and student success.

Position Overview

The Senior Director, UNT One Stop will be responsible for executing operational functions related to comprehensive and holistic enrollment and financial services offered through the Integrated Student Financial Center (UNT One Stop), including admissions, financial aid and scholarships, financial advocacy/literacy, financial intervention/support, ID cards, and billing and payments of student accounts. Leads the execution of service delivery for a multi-pronged enrollment and financial customer service model at both UNT and UNT Frisco.

The position reports to and collaborates with the Associate Vice President, Student Accounting & UNT One Stop on strategic planning to develop and enhance service models that promote seamless interactions across all enrollment and financial service functions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field and seven years of closely related professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
