Job Title: Recruiter, Sales & Marketing (Contract)
Location: US - Remote

About the role
We are looking for a contract recruiter to support the continued growth of our sales, marketing, and corporate teams. In this role, you will work with talent acquisition leadership to develop a scalable recruiting strategy for your assigned area of expertise. We seek someone who can build strong relationships with our business leaders and recruit the best-in-class candidates to LTK.

How you will make an impact

• Operate as an LTK brand ambassador to candidates by communicating our mission and embodying our company values
• Build strong relationships with our hiring leaders, people partners, and the rest of our LTK team members
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through the entire lifecycle of the recruiting process
• Perform diligent daily requisition hygiene to reflect an accurate candidate pipeline
• Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring leaders while acting as a thought partner
• Set up requisitions based on intake meetings, interviewer plans, and case studies
• Perform recruiter screens to assess how applicants' skills, experience, and values align with the open role
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
• Partner with our recruiting coordination team on interview scheduling and logistics
• Communicate pipeline status updates via weekly syncs with hiring leaders
• Create and extend offer letters to candidates through candidate closing
• Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and the business

What you bring to LTK 

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting supporting various sales and marketing positions
• Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior experience with Greenhouse
• Proven experience delivering quality candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats
• Familiarity with querying resumes in Greenhouse and req reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
