We value the “voice of our customer” and use it to share learnings about interactions to help to shape our strategy to be the European Payments Champion. </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As an established and successful senior scheme relationship manager, you’ll be charged with driving international schemes relationships maximising economic output including identifying new opportunities across all the regions as well as centrally. </p><p>You will be a senior member of a central team managing the overall relations with the international schemes for both the issuing and the acquiring.</p><p>You'll define and execute Nexi’s pan European scheme governance and relations, providing the framework for Nexi’s go to market scheme aligned roadmap across both issuing and acquiring and all products and segments. You'll also set up and maintain internal Nexi awareness and understanding of the scheme aligned roadmap, governance and relations, working closely across Nexi business units as well as Group functions.</p><p>To be successful you need to have significant and proven experience in Mastercard/Visa relationship management in a large issuer and/or acquirer.</p><p>The ideal candidate for this role has the drive to constantly improve scheme economies and relations, and seeks to inform and influence at both Nexi and Scheme senior management / executive level.</p><p><strong>Position can be based in one of our offices cross Europe in Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway), or Italy or Germany with hybrid way of working.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</p><ul><li>Define and develop new global and regional Nexi/scheme aligned opportunities</li><li>Define and develop Nexi scheme governance and relations</li><li>Establish Nexi as a market leader in this area.</li><li>Work across Nexi Group and business units</li><li>Drive continuous improvement around scheme governance and relations </li><li>Partner closely with internal teams as required</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nexi.
