KBR is currently recruiting for a Sr. Operations Manager to support and lead the Work and Systems Operations Control Center. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities of control schedulers, the reception desk, commissioning agents, WO planning and estimating, and RCM Engineers and PT&I specialist.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provides centralized work reception and work control functions, which integrate work identification, planning, and scheduling to level workloads and establish integrated priorities across SSC and MAF.
- Responsible for RCM and Maximo initiatives across the sites.
- Management is located at SSC with staff assigned onsite at SSC and MAF.
This will be located at Stennis Space Center and will require occasional travel to Michoud Space Center. This position in contingent upon Program Award
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an operations environment
- In depth knowledge of Maximo
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations management
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and building systems, i.e. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- 5 years of leadership experience of a contract of similar size and scope.
