Pooled Position Limited Tempor - ComDis Hourly Clinical

JOB TITLE:   

Speech and Hearing Clinic Aid

JOB PURPOSE:   

Perform complex support tasks with limited supervision and considerable responsibility. Support needs of clinical supervisor(s).  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Collect and report documentation for clinical placements and clinical requirements for students
• Supporting Speech Clinic Director in inventory of clinical materials, updating clinical equipment (iPads and Laptops), pulling and organizing data
• Assist the Hearing Clinic Director in clerical and other tasks as requested
• Assist with functions of designated projects, as directed

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Answer the phone and take messages when the main office staff are away.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus onsite in the Speech & Hearing Clinic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Education: High School Diploma or GED 
  Experience: 1 year work-related experience
  Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

Background Check (during hire)
HIPPA and FERPA training (during hire)
Other Division Training as identified (during hire)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications 
Basic and routine records maintenance 
Supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
Ability to lift 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
