Job Summary:
The Senior Advisor is an experienced advisor and project manager who successfully leads increasingly larger and more complex client projects with support from PPC managers as needed and is able to manage one or more projects concurrently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Apply healthcare consulting operations, IT knowledge and skills to provide project management and advisory support to client engagements
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in leading the development of work products and deliverables
- Manage multiple engagements and their associated priorities.
- Contribute to firm methodology and PPC collateral and thought leadership.
- Identifies Pivot Point opportunities outside the existing engagement.
- Fosters a culture of excellence and cohesiveness within the department.
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Participate in quality review activities.

Education and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare consulting or 8 years in operations and/or IT leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PMP highly preferred
- Experience with healthcare technology, business and/or clinical systems preferred
Travel Requirements:
- Travel up to 50% may be required
