Major Responsibilities:

  • Promotes an understanding of the contingent labor program among regional users.  Build and maintain relationships with leaders and staff to promote program awareness and provide guidance.
  • Acts as the point of contact for internal leaders and hiring managers for a variety of topics, including hiring, systems access, reporting, compliance, DNV information requests, and other requests 
  • Supports external Master Service Providers (MSP) and VMS vendor relationships and operations
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and vendors on requirement issues, such as onboarding, education, etc., while maintaining program integrity
  • Lead the team on special recruitment projects, such as crisis staffing operations, new product, project, service line implementations, along with other initiatives that arise. etc
  • Create and maintain training guides, coordinate training classes, and train new teammates on department operations
  • Manage DCI workforce: retired Physicians, onboarding of retirees and temporary workers writing employment letters, verifying malpractice insurance, and manage credentials.
  • Manage seasonal worker pools and initiatives, such as Flu shots/clinics and others, and manage teammate performance per their job description 
  • Determine eligibility of 1099 workers and assist in onboarding based on their eligibility.
  • Identifies best practices to support program operations and provide guidance
  • Provides implementation support to operational leaders and internal/external partners
  • Assist in new and ongoing projects

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of experience, training and education

Experience Requirements:

  • Typically requires 7 years of experience in staffing or recruitment in a fast paced, high volume environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Significant knowledge of the staffing industry, including MSP operations, VMS platforms, and Human Resources practices pertaining to the 3rd party workforce
  • Effective and efficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with leaders across varying levels and specialties
  • Ability to work with external vendors and service providers to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
  • Skills in influencing and developing others who are not direct reports to move toward common goals and outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often-ambiguous environment.
  • Effective critical and creative thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets & glean meaningful insights. Ability to use data and present it in such a way to influence
  • organizational leaders toward recommendations that will enhance operational performance
  • Project management experience
  • High level of proficiency and literacy in using Microsoft Office Suite, similar products and along with other VMS and technology solutions.
