Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for assisting and managing custom solutions for customers using CribMaster software, such as custom reports, integrations in a legacy proprietary format, basic SQL database queries & converting legacy customers to Cloud.
• Will assist in the scoping and quoting of projects and developing new services with increased business requiring professional services.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Assists with custom integrations using CribMaster REX, RUL, Auto Send, & Prophet 21
• Build custom reports using Crystal Reports & Stimulsoft
• Has a deep understanding of the CribMaster system & database
• Basic experience with SQL
• Experience with Microsoft IIS
• Understands various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs
• Develops custom documentation to match clients’ processes
• Assists with preparing formal project plans for clients
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Manage Legacy to Cloud conversion
