As a Technician, QC, you will test products and ensure they meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and food safety. The Technician, QC is responsible for the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products manufactured or received in Germantown and Waukesha, with an emphasis on standard operating procedures and good laboratory practices. The department values teamwork, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of products from a microbiological standpoint.
- Value on autonomy, prioritization of testing and interpretation, and aseptic handling.
- Continuous improvement of laboratory methods and optimization of processes.
- Quality Team Support through cross-training and multi-functional capabilities.
- Requires rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or equivalent.
- Previous lab experience or coursework.
- Self-motivation and autonomy.
- Troubleshooting and prioritization skills.
- LIMS (Sample Manager), SAP, Microsoft Suite, and/or Minitab experience a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety systems or food production process a plus.
