<h1><b>About the Role:</b></h1><p></p><p><b>Grade Level (for internal use):</b></p>11<p><b>The Team:</b></p><p>The EMEA Structured Finance Practice is seeking a seasoned professional to join our ABS, RMBS, and Corporate Securitisation team in Dublin. This team delivers credit ratings and research on structured products backed by consumer asset pools. As part of a group of 42 analysts across Europe, you will report to the Analytical Manager and collaborate with industry highly experienced industry professionals to drive excellence in our analytical processes. The team values collaboration and encourages innovative thinking to enhance analytical processes.</p><p></p><p><b>The Impact:</b></p><p>This role is pivotal to the success of our ABS, RMBS, and Corporate Securitisation ratings franchise in EMEA, covering approximately 500 transactions across diverse asset classes and jurisdictions. The successful candidate will enhance our service to clients by showcasing outstanding analytical excellence and delivering relevant, insightful, and compelling market analysis. You will be expected to leverage your professional know-how to enhance team capabilities and contribute to strategic decision-making.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Stand to Gain:</b></p><p>You will work within a dynamic and collegial team environment, gaining exposure to professional specialists. Mentoring and coaching less experienced team members are also key aspects of the role. You will also have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by guiding junior team members and influencing team dynamics.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Rate new issue ABS/RMBS transactions, serving as the primary analytical contact for bankers, issuers, and investors to resolve analytical inquiries during the rating process.</p></li><li><p>Manage a diverse portfolio of credits, ensuring timely surveillance and publication quality, while addressing intricate analytical challenges.</p></li><li><p>Acts as a member of rating committees by participating as an active and vocal voting member, ensuring the integrity of the rating process.</p></li><li><p>Publish timely industry commentaries and support senior analysts in developing comprehensive research initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a role model and mentor for junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional <span>growth. Demonstrate</span> emotional intelligence by actively listening and fostering inclusivity.</p></li><li><p>Lead and contribute to special projects within the Structured Finance Practice, aligning with strategic objectives and innovation goals. Utilize creativity to bring new ideas and innovative solutions to the forefront.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields; postgraduate studies/CFA candidacy is a plus.</p></li><li><p>A S&amp;P employee at this level typically has 3-6 years in credit or financial analysis, with a preference for structured finance exposure.</p></li><li><p>Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate <span>effectively. Able</span> to articulate complex ideas and negotiate solutions across functions.</p></li><li><p>Advanced critical thinking, numerical proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to independently navigate complex scenarios.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced <span>environment. Exhibit</span> strong time management skills to deliver high-quality work.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English is required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in ABS, RMBS, and Corporate Securitisations, with the ability to navigate sector-specific challenges.</p></li><li><p>Strong potential to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team <span>environment. Exhibit</span> potential leadership qualities by coaching and empowering others.</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of driving initiatives and contributing to team <span>objectives. Adaptability</span> to shifting priorities and strategic goals.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About S&amp;P Global Ratings</b><br/>At S&amp;P Global Ratings, our analyst-driven credit ratings, research, and
