Medical Records Assistant - FRK

Summary
The primary purpose of the Medical Records Assistant position is to maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines, as well as professional practice standards.
Education and Experience
• Experience in ICD-10 Coding for Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care strongly recommended
• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Long term care experience is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA is a must
• Experience with PCC
• Experience with Microsoft Office
