As our new Executive PA, you will bring professionalism, discretion, and a detail-oriented approach to a high-visibility role. Supporting two COOs, you will manage calendars, coordinate projects, and help their day run smoothly.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with the EAs and PAs supporting other Group Executive Board (GEB) members, gaining a broad view of the organisation and exposure to senior stakeholders. This role offers a varied mix of tasks, a dynamic stakeholder landscape, and the opportunity to work at the interface between senior leaders and the Group Executive Board. Your ability to stay organised, anticipate needs, and adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives</li><li>Managing complex calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements</li><li>Actively managing email inboxes, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, and other documents</li><li>Assisting with project coordination and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives</li><li>Planning, managing, producing, and quality-assuring content related to the COOs’ agendas, involving both internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Acting as a first point of contact and trusted "fixer", an extended arm of the COOs, handling a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong><br/>

Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive PA in a large international company</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; you effectively connect with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation</li><li>Ability and interest in quickly understanding and helping to solve challenges and issues</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English; advanced user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint), with an openness to working smartly with AI tools</li><li>Flexible, professional, and detail-oriented working style, with a structured approach to document handling</li><li>Proven ability to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in a proactive and timely manner</li><li>Global mindset and solid experience working in an international environment</li></ul><p>You are detail-oriented, methodical, and discreet, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset. Courteous and tactful, you feel at ease in formal settings and build strong relationships across the organisation.
