Primary Role:
The Account Executive, CertSecure is responsible for contributing to the growth and retention of the CertSecure division by supporting both sales and service efforts. This role serves as a primary client contact, managing relationships, strategizing renewals, and ensuring compliance program effectiveness. Acting as a key liaison between clients, producers, and internal teams, the Account Executive provides high-level consultative support and ensures seamless service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the lead client contact, developing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strategically plans with Producers based on account dynamics.
- Manages a book of business with autonomy and decision-making authority.
- Ensures the timely and accurate processing of certificates of insurance and compliance documents.
- Reviews compliance statuses within the certificate management platform and communicates with insureds regarding non-compliant activities.
- Supports Producers in maintaining and expanding client accounts.
- Organizes and leads client meetings, presenting service plans and program reviews.
- Collaborates with HUB Specialty Practices and resources to provide high-level consulting services to clients.
- Ensures adherence to HUB Broker Standards and provides stewardship reporting when applicable.
- Provides mentorship and support to Account Administrators and Account Managers.
- Attends industry-related continuing education training and courses.

Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial servicing role within a brokerage environment.
- Experience managing large commercial accounts preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License required or must obtain within 120 days of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Some travel required for client meetings and events.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems (e.g., EPIC).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
