Job Title: Senior Exchange Engineer

Location: Remote

We need individuals that:

• Have deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty
• You will also need to examine possible workarounds and escalations.
• Set an example of excellence as a Microsoft representative, enhancing our image and reputation through your credibility, preparation, commitment, and first-class delivery.
• Enjoy teamwork, and contribute to their peer group and our customer account teams.
• Communicate at all levels from CIO to the technical staff on the ground.
• Support the existing Exchange on prem infrastructure, potentially migration support (to next on prem version)
• Upskilling of the customer
• Lead the support for Exchange Online (80%) and on-premises Exchange/ADFS (20%),
• including critical upgrades and security patching, while proactively addressing mail flow issues to maintain operational excellence.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize cloud infrastructure, resulting in improved security postures and reduced on-premises footprint.

Must Have Skills

• Experience with Enterprise customers
• 5+ years of project experience
• Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
• Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect
• Deep understanding in Exchange server and hybrid architecture 2016\2019
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments
• Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations
• Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations
• Deep understanding in SMTP
• Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture
• Strong technical skills in Exchange Online administration and governance–
• Prefer candidate live close to location for site visits Personnel

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
