We are currently seeking a Sr. Delivery Director (FTE / Hybrid) to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Lead and manage large-scale core banking, business, and technology transformation programs for banking and financial services clients.
• Analyze client business requirements and evaluate existing business processes and technology environments to develop strategic transformation roadmaps and enterprise solutions.
• Plan, conduct, and lead consulting engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Advise executive management on business transformation initiatives, technology modernization, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business users, architects, developers, and project managers to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Support business development activities by identifying new consulting opportunities, preparing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
• Develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and transformation plans for senior management.
• Demonstrate expertise in banking technology, core banking modernization, payment systems, AML compliance, enterprise transformation, and project 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• 8+ years of experience in Account / Delivery Management
• 8+ years of experience in Delivery Oversight

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $161,550.00 to $269,250.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

 

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
