This position will be running our assembly, and dispensing equipment on second shift. This position begins with solder stenciling and then transferred over to our assembly equipment. After completion the boards enter our reflow oven to make a functioning RFID tag.  The part is then later transferred into our dispensing equipment to place a conformal coating across the part for protection in the field.

As our Production Technician l, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

• Setting up and operating a variety of epoxy dispensing equipment
• Troubleshooting basic production issues as they arise
• Understanding and following Bill of Materials
• Performing in process inspections and making adjustments as necessary
• Maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating and troubleshooting machine operations is preferred
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task to run several operations concurrently
• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must have strong work ethic and be reliable
