Pharmacy I Technician

As a Retail Pharmacy Technician, you will perform activities involved in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Technician completes pharmacy functions that do not require a licensed pharmacist, which allows pharmacist more time for clinical activities.
Work Schedule: Casual with varied schedule between 8:00-4:30pm, 12:30-9:00pm with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minnesota Pharmacy Technician Registration (PTR) – required at hire/start date.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT or ExCPT) through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA)-required within 1 year of hire/start date
- Must follow State Board of Pharmacy guidelines/requirements for Pharmacy Technicians
