We are proud of our vast, diverse, and highly skilled team, who help to make our industry Better Connected and Better Informed. </p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing internal talent acquisition team, taking the lead on roles within the Czech Republic and the UK. The roles will be across all departments and some will require proactive sourcing in order to find suitable candidates.</p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities as a Senior Recruiter will include to:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the end to end recruitment process for designated roles partnering with local HR teams</li> <li>Identify appropriate recruitment strategies tailored to local markets where necessary</li> <li>Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms as required</li> <li>Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and roles to be filled</li> <li>Reviewing job descriptions and providing guidance to hiring managers on suggested improvements</li> <li>Writing engaging and inclusive job adverts as per company standards</li> <li>Screening relevant candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions, and arranging interviews with hiring managers</li> <li>Networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensuring we attract the best professionals</li> <li>Supporting the TA Manager with recruitment strategy and associated administration</li> <li>Playing a key role in managing candidate experience by ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the company’s guidelines &amp; values</li> <li>Ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained throughout the recruitment process</li> <li>Developing and fostering effective working relationships with other country HR and recruitment teams with the aim of finding commonality in the ways of working and improving the recruitment process and experience</li> <li>Maintaining the relevant applicant tracking platforms, utilising it for day-to-day recruitment as well as monitoring the recruitment pipeline and providing data analytics as required</li> <li>Taking responsibility for the company’s adherence to relevant employment law</li> </ul><p><strong>To join the team as a Senior Recruiter, you will need the following skills and experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>You will have solid experience in internal recruitment, prior agency experience is a plus</li> <li>You will have strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities</li> <li>You must have extensive experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other CV databases, with knowledge of sourcing strategies</li> <li>You will have an excellent understanding of GDPR requirements</li> <li>You must have a passion for and ability to understand the importance of diversity, culture and differences in the workforce</li> <li>You will have the ability to work independently and take ownership of own workload</li> <li>You will be a team player who can communicate and work effectively with all stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>You will ideally have prior experience in the finance or fintech industry </li> </ul> <p><strong>By joining our team as a Senior Recruiter, you will be offered the following:</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>25 days holiday</li> <li>Career development opportunities</li> <li>Paid sick leave</li> <li>Food vouchers</li> <li>Company pension</li> <li>Team building activities</li> <li>Training &amp; learning opportunities</li> </ul><p><strong>In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values Trust, Connectivity and Innovation.
