Are you ready to be part of a team that makes fitness fun every day? Crunch Fitness is looking for motivated individuals to help create an amazing environment for our members and guests. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in keeping our club welcoming, safe, and in top shape inside and out.

What You Will Do

•  Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting interior space for our members
•  Keep the exterior of the club looking its best
•  Assist members and guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
•  Complete daily cleaning checklists and other tasks assigned by the General Manager
•  Support the team and contribute to the positive energy of the club

What We Are Looking For

•  Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills
•  Attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping spaces clean
•  Friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment

Team Connections

•  Participate in weekly or monthly department meetings
•  Attend employee training meetings to grow your skills and knowledge
