The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician performs automotive repairs, and preventive maintenance services according to company policy and procedures. In addition you will have the opportunity to work on small trucks, Super duties, gas, diesels and vans. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative.

 

This position is for our center located in San Diego, near SAN.

 

 

The pay range for this position is $32.25 / hour to $36.50 / hour based on experience and Certifications/ASE/OEM

**This position is full time and apart from religious observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday3pm - 11:30pm (and some Saturdays - schedule is subject to change).**

 

 

 

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
• Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• OEM training/Certification OR 4 current and valid ASE certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year experience handling mechanical service procedures to perform vehicle maintenance activities OR must have graduated from Mechanic trade school.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the ability to lift, carry, push or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials; and balance, stoop, kneel and crouch (medium duty labor). 
• Apart from religious observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday 3pm - 11:30pm (and some Saturdays - schedule is subject to changes).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position requires a valid driver's license.
