About The Role

We are looking for a Platform Operations Manager to join our team at EliseAI. This role will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology and serve as a critical bridge across functional areas, including our Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to support our scalability and efficiency. You will take ownership of optimizing our current tech stack, lead evaluation and procurement of new platforms, and design and build custom solutions when market offerings don’t meet our needs. This is a highly technical role requiring a blend of business acumen, systems architecture and development, data engineering, operations, and automation expertise, combined with a deep understanding of SaaS processes. You will work closely across functional areas to ensure our systems, workflows, and analytics infrastructure enable proactive, scalable, and data-driven business and customer management

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our current tech stack, including Planhat, Salesforce, and Snowflake, ensuring seamless data integration and usability

• Design and build custom technical solutions to enhance automation, analytics, and scalability across workflows

• Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies based on technical and business requirements

• Work with databases, APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to enhance system integrations and improve operational efficiency

• Build dashboards and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights on customer health, retention, and expansion opportunities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring uninterrupted access to accurate data

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data, to improve visibility and operational efficiency

• Act as a subject matter expert for internal systems architecture, best practices, and operational improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL

• 2+ years of experience supporting business operations with a technical skew

• Hands-on experience with data administration, APIs, webhooks, custom workflows, and integrations

• Experience using low/no-code development platforms like Zapier, Relay, Hex, and Retool

• Strong technical and problem-solving acumen with the ability to design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot scalable systems that improve efficiency

• Experience working cross-functionally across stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights

• Willingness to work in person at our offices 4-5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platform architecture and analytics in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of SaaS metrics, strategies, and lifecycle management
