Messa Sync is currently hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving and organizing shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, physical stamina, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming shipments and verify contents

• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies

• Prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts

• Follow all company procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse equipment is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
