75% Clinical Practice with USAP-Nevada 

Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team, delivering comprehensive services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, Valley Health). You'll work in an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and clinical excellence. 

25% Academic Faculty with Roseman University 

Shape the next generation of CRNAs as teaching faculty in Roseman's Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia (DNPNA) program. Contribute to curriculum development, clinical education, and the advancement of nurse anesthesia specialty.
