Senior Pricing Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to drive the Instabee’s pricing agenda. In this position, you’ll set the direction for how we price and optimise our services across markets, working closely with sales, product, and strategy teams. The role goes far beyond crunching numbers – it’s about combining sharp analysis with business insight and problem-solving skills to turn pricing into a competitive edge.

You’ll be right in the middle of some of the most important questions for our growth: finding the balance between profitability and volume, shaping how our checkout is optimised for different markets, and making sure pricing supports our long-term ambitions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and drive our pricing strategy, ensuring it strengthens both growth and profitability.
  

• Dig into data and trends – from cost structures and unit economics to consumer behaviour and competitor moves – and translate insights into concrete actions.
  

• Run complex pricing projects from analysis to execution, making sure initiatives are rolled out successfully across teams.
  

• Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, turning analysis into decisions that move the business forward.
  
  

About You

You are an analytical and curious problem-solver who enjoys making sense of complexity and turning it into clear, actionable insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have the confidence to take ownership, and are motivated by tackling some of the toughest and most strategic questions in a growing business. With strong communication skills, you can present and “tell the story” behind the numbers, building trust and alignment with senior stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:

• Proven experience from roles involving financial modelling, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
  

• A background in pricing, strategy, or management consulting, or other roles with similar analytical demands.
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  

• Ability to work across functions and manage senior stakeholders in a collaborative way.
  

• An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or similar, with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
