We are currently seeking a AEM Technical Lead to join our team in Lansing, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

 

This position is an on-site position and can be in Chicago, IL, Lansing, MI, or Nashville, TN.

 

Role Responsibilities:

- Work with Client architecture team to arrive at the framework for AEM implementation in existing enterprise setup.

- Provides oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery AEM based projects.

- Experience in Agile Delivery Team working on Design, Development, Administration, and troubleshooting in AEM.

- Work within technology teams to build and maintain large scale & highly responsive Web application leveraging Adobe Experience Manager in enterprise environment.

- Lead and Involve in Planning and estimation of AEM projects across Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Env setup & planning etc.

- Ensure implementation of development best practices in page load me, performance, security and scalability of the application.

- Define the application architecture based on the CCM design principles

- Build the templates

- Define and Develop the data strategy for the correspondence

- Configure delivery channels

- Work with Components, Templates, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging and Content migration/ planning.

 

Basic Qualifications: 8+ years

- Development of AEM templates/forms & integration of Data.

- Java Content Repository (API) integrating with AEM Forms.

- Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM.

- J2EE technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag libraries

- AEM and concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak and Adobe Dispatcher

 

Nice to have:

- Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager, Analytics, AEM Forms, Campaign Manager

- Core Java technologies used in Java-based CMS platforms, like XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server-side programming models, and related presentation, middle tier & persistence frameworks

- AEM capabilities including Multi-site management and Blueprint, and use of advanced targeting/personalization, and multi-variate testing

 

Education:

- B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
