We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the General Manager for Oregon and Washington identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by relationship-building, motivated by results, and excited to help shape the future of mobility and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Reimagined Parking’s business strategy and technology ecosystem to identify opportunities with small and mid-sized real estate owners.
- Actively source new business opportunities through industry relationships, research, networking, and market insights.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial prospect identification through contract execution—ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, property managers, and center managers across diverse portfolios.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, bringing forward creative solutions that leverage Reimagined Parking’s technology and operational strengths.
- Prepare strategic briefings for internal stakeholders ahead of client meetings, including client background, site insights, partnership opportunities, and desired outcomes.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate pipeline of opportunities, including client information, site data, revenue projections, EBITDA estimates, and margin expectations.
- Document and circulate clear, concise notes from client meetings and site visits.
- Support the negotiation and completion of contracts for new site acquisitions.
- Understand and monitor site-level performance metrics to support strong long-term partnerships.
- Respond to internal information requests from operations and other departments in a timely and thorough manner.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Head of Strategic Real Estate Partnerships.
- Travel as needed to support business development, relationship management, and site assessment needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience selling B2B services in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment, preferably within the Parking Industry.
- Demonstrated superior qualification skills in following a sales process to close
- Extensive experience working in a dynamic and fast growing B2B environment, ideally one that is delivering disruptive solutions to prospective partners
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic, elevated business and financial acumen.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint experience preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a small, agile office environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences.
- Ability to Travel within the region.
