IT Services & Support Sr. Manager (Hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Senior Manager of IT Support and Services is responsible for leading and optimizing the delivery of IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across the organization. This role oversees the IT support team, ensures service excellence through ITIL best practices, manages vendors and contracts, and maintains a secure and reliable IT environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership and operational management experience

DESCRIPTION

• Creates, implements, and manages service desk processes, workflows, and tools.
• Manages service requests, incidents, and communications with end users.
• Ensures delivery of high-quality services in a timely manner.
• Cyber security NIST protocol implementations and maintaining secure practices.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledgeable and understanding in the full technology stack such as IT Infrastructure (switches, servers, network and connectivity)
• Experience with Virtualization, Security practices, App/Dev, Cloud Models, and Technological Change
• Knowledge of ITIL in  Technical Production support & Operations 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years previously managing IT Services & Support teams
• Proven Cyber Security practice, prefer certificates
• Knowledgeable and understanding in the full technology stack such as IT Infrastructure (switches, servers, network and connectivity)
• Strong communication, management, and leadership skills
• Strong Technical skills required, including ability to resolve most tier 1/tier 2 user issues
• Experience with managing vendors and contracts, especially companies like MS that have large, complicated budget line items
• Experience with supporting MS Dynamics and Azure is preferred

Pay Range$145,000—$160,000 USD

You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
