Job Title: Front of House Supervisor 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 

Hours: Full Time 

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

About the role: 

We are seeking a skilled individual who is a team player. Someone who can supervise individuals in an effective and orderly manner and keeps the idea of “all hands-on deck” very much so alive. Multitasking and the ability to be always a level-headed leader, especially in times of high volume & stress is extremely imperative for this role. This position reports directly to the General Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): 

• Performing opening, mid-shift, or closing management duties based on shift. 

• Supervising all employees in Front of House & ensuring they are completing their duties as effectively as possible.  

• Upkeeping a positive, upbeat atmosphere and environment in terms of morale, cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.  

• Support with scheduling and event logistics. 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• 3 years of customer service experience is required. 

• 1 year of management/supervising experience is required. 

• Must be able to multi-task. 

• Ability to interact positively with fellow coworkers & guests in high volume/stress environments. 

Working Conditions and Physical Effort: 

• Work is performed in a typical bar & restaurant environment. 

• Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods. 

• Will move quickly & efficiently in high volume & stressful environments.
