The Origence Lending Services Quality Assurance Manager (OLS QA Manager) creates and maintains programs that ensure the activities of OLS are compliant with Origence policies, procedures, and expectations. The QA Manager creates and directs activities related to quality assurance and quality control, reporting, analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration with all OLS business units, as well as Origence compliance, legal, and product development teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Program management
    • Develop and implement quality control programs in accordance with company standards
    • Develop and promote measures that improve the quality of work, while maintaining efficiencies and speed of delivery for optimal service
    • Ensure that all policies, processes, and activities of OLS are compliant with federal, state, and other application regulations
    • Ensure all audits are performed in accordance with company policies
    • Manage a quality control team and supporting roles in a manner that creates value for the organization and leads to the growth and positive evolution of the QA program
  2. Reporting
    • Create and maintain a suite of reports with actionable intelligence for internal stakeholders
    • Ensure reports are delivered in accordance with prescribed timelines, are accurate and insightful
    • Create ad-hoc reports as requested by authorized stakeholders
    • Create executive summaries for the senior management team and board as directed
  3. Analysis
    • Review all findings to identify the root cause of defects
    • Determine if issues are the result of defects in a process, system, or documentation; a lack of adequate training; insufficient management oversight, or individual team member performance
    • Recommend corrective actions and improvements for processes, systems, and programs that are feasible for the business to implement and scale
  4. Collaboration and Engagement
    • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their quality assurance needs.
