JOB SUMMARY
This position is an integral part of the U.S. Marketing Department. The role drives brand awareness and engagement for NARS in the U.S. Market. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning and execution of key brand initiatives that reinforce NARS nationally. This position is heavily focused on creator-specific programming and will involve a variety of duties, which require balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- U.S. Brand Strategies:
- You will drive a cohesive earned + paid strategy to support all key launches/initiatives with influencers and press. Amplify brand messages and storytelling with 360-degree approach for influencer programs, disruptive experiences, and event touchpoints.
- You will lead development of new market launch Communications strategy and to include pre-launch, launch and post-launch periods.
- You will collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure Comms programming supports Business objectives
- You will set KPI’s per program; analyze data post mortem and incorporate learnings into future programming
- Creator Engagement:
- You will develop & execute creator strategy to drive brand awareness & drive sales
- You will lead the team’s influencer-first focus with consistent research and identification of strategic influencers to target.
- You will oversee influencers during the execution of content creation and amplification campaigns from initial talent sourcing to content briefing, final content reviews, posting and reporting
- You will partner with US Media team to contract & secure creator-led partnerships for brand & retailer campaigns
- You will be data-obsessed; leverage data from past campaigns + competitor set to drive business decisions
- You will develop and maintain relationships to drive organic brand support and EMV
- You will Ideate around impactful influencer programming to support strategic launches
- You will oversee Influencer Marketing agency to ensure metrics are met monthly
- Event Management and Coordination:
- You will produce press and influencer events; handle coordination of logistics including strategy, production, content output, Global alignment, venue selection, catering, etc.
- You will lead creator & media engagement for Fashion Week including invites, RSVP, backstage staffing, pitching features, etc.
- Media Relations:
- You will oversee PR Agency and ensure a detailed strategy supports each launch, high-traffic-moment (holiday, retailer sales, etc.) and always-on programming
- Forecasting / Mailings / Product Inventory Management:
- You will oversee all product forecasts, manage the team in planning for mailings and overseeing product inventory for existing and new launches
- You will support all US launches and programs with product seeding
- Reporting and Presentations:
- You will lead Comms reporting: monthly, campaign based, end-of-year, event specific, etc.
- You will lead & present Comms portions of presentations to Senior Leadership
