The Director, Product Management role at Ivanti is a pivotal leadership opportunity to manage, mentor, and drive outcomes for a team of Product Managers. This role is responsible for defining the vision and guiding the execution of a common, cloud-based platform across Ivanti’s Network Security portfolio, and aligning platform deliverables with customer and business requirements. As a hands-on leader, you will play a key role in defining shared capabilities, optimizing the product development process, and ensuring measurable success.

About The Team

What You Will Be Doing

As Director, Product Management, you will focus on managerial responsibilities, aligning your team’s efforts with organizational deliverables, and maximizing both team and product performance. Your key contributions will include:

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Establish a clear vision for the team and define measurable success criteria.
• Design and execute resourcing and professional development plans to ensure the team is capable of achieving platform objectives.
• Create a strong organizational structure that supports growth and team accountability.

Platform Strategy & Deliverables

• Develop and oversee the execution of the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Ivanti’s access platform.
• Guide the creation, refinement, and execution of platform capabilities such as single sign-on, reporting and analytics, agent frameworks, and integrations.
• Drive alignment across product lines to ensure shared services meet business goals and customer needs.
• Lead platform ideation, development, and delivery in collaboration with engineering and technical stakeholders.
• Define platform requirements that balance technical innovation, market demand, and customer value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, sales operations, and other global teams to ensure product functionality, scalability, and compliance.
• Coordinate closely with product marketing to ensure proper positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Work with sales and enablement teams to create impactful outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and gather meaningful feedback to prioritize the most impactful platform outcomes.

Performance Metrics and Execution

• Establish and monitor KPIs for the platform and team, ensuring that initiatives remain focused on measurable results.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize platform performance and the product development process.
• Proactively assess market trends and competition to identify opportunities to enhance the platform’s
