Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

1. 5–7 Years of Relevant Experience
   • Demonstrated success in business analysis roles within software development environments, preferably in cross-functional product teams. Experience should include working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
2. Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
   • Ability to deconstruct complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions. Skilled in synthesizing data from multiple sources to inform decision-making and uncover hidden opportunities. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
3. Expertise with Business Process Modeling Tools
   • Proficient in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms to create clear, detailed process maps, workflows, and system diagrams. Able to translate business requirements into visual models that facilitate understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Experience Conducting User Research
   • Skilled in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, surveys, user analytics, and contextual inquiry. Able to synthesize insights to inform product strategy and feature development.
5. Mastery of Business Analysis Tools and Methodologies
   • Deep understanding of techniques such as root cause analysis, gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, and requirements elicitation. 
6. Agile Software Development Lifecycle Expertise
   • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Able to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Understands how to align business goals with iterative development cycles.
7. Proven Project and Priority Management Skills
   • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on business impact, dependencies, and resource availability.
8. Strong Independent and Collaborative Work Ethic
   • Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision. Equally effective in team settings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments. Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and managing stakeholder expectations.
9. Adaptability to Changing Business Needs
   • Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly in response to evolving priorities, market conditions, or stakeholder feedback. Thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces continuous learning and improvement.
10. Expertise in Leading Cross-Functional Meetings
    • Skilled facilitator of meetings and workshops involving business stakeholders, developers, designers, and leadership. Able to guide discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to executive audiences.

Preferred:

• Familiarity or working experience with AI, e-commerce software, or other web-based applications
• Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics operations within the Value-Added Reseller (VAR) industry

Work Environment:

• Remote Eligible
• Occasional travel is required for major company & team events

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $94,400 to $118,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
