Sofidel’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.</p> <h2>PURPOSE</h2> <p>To collaborate with the HR Manager in order to guarantee the correct management of human resources in the reference plant.</p><h2>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <ul> <li>Cures the administrative processes, including payroll, concerning the personnel’s management</li> <li>Performs the Group human resource database management guaranteeing the availability and accuracy of data and reports.</li> <li>Compiles and maintains employees records</li> <li>Carries out the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes in line with Group procedures, guidelines and tools and line manager instructions</li> <li>Supports the line manages in managing the disciplinary process in line with local legislation and group guidelines</li> <li>Prepares reports to be shared with internal members or sent externally </li> <li>Supports the Line Manager in managing regular relationships with trade unions representatives in line with local legislation and best practices </li> <li>Contributes on the implementation of human resource processes and procedures in accordance with Group guidelines and local legislation.</li> <li>Assists the line manager in the development of adequate training plan and in the monitoring of its execution</li> <li>Updates the Group learning and training system guaranteeing accurate information in line with procedures and best practices </li> <li>Supports the line manager in drafting and monitoring the personnel cost and HR fixed costs budget in line with Group guideline and procedure</li> <li>Supports internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department</li> <li>Collaborates with the Line manager in the control of all topics and institutes concerning working relationships, on the basis of the law and contract regulations in force </li> <li>Applies a safety-bound corporate culture</li> <li>Applies the Corporate Principles and Values <br/>  </li> </ul> <h2>.</h2> <p>- University degree or at least 3 years' experience in a similar position<br/> - Knowledge of MS Office at user level<br/> - Proficiency in English at an intermediate level, Hungarian in mother tounge<br/> - 2-3 years of professional experience <br/> - Good interpersonal skills<br/> - Conflict management<br/> - Driving licence B</p>
