You will play a crucial role in ensuring MK 41 VLS equipment is maintained and tested to the stringent VLS requirements to maintain US National Security.<br/>● Lead over 15 direct reports in the day to day operations of the VLS production.<br/>● Collaborate with GDIT departments such as Quality Assurance, Security, Weld Shop, Painting Shop and outside <span>vendors/subcontractors</span><br/>● Drive schedules and manage the work force to successfully meet multiple contract milestones.<br/>● Utilize VLS System Maintenance Technician to enusre must current and correct VLS poliocies and procedures are being followed.<br/><br/>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED<br/>Bring yourVLS SMT expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
