The Problems You'll Solve
- As a Senior Technical Enablement Associate, you will act as an Enablement Partner to the functional and product teams by helping to understand the business leader's vision and execute to achieve those goals.
- You will partner with functional team leads to broaden the scope of the functional team by synthesizing escalation themes into training and/or suggesting simple policy updates to the functional team.
- You support business leaders, and product managers as necessary in analyzing the root causes of client feedback, and helping to develop and execute on scalable plans to address them.
- You work closely with your Manager, the functional team leads and business leaders to give real-time feedback to the product team and any scalable process improvements that will help provide leverage to team members.
- You meet regularly with our Product team to understand the intricacies of each release in order to enable the rest of FA Delivery.
- You work with business leaders, functional team leads to implement metrics and KPIs to measure internal adoption and escalate where necessary
- You help to test, deploy and train on new Product features and ensure internal adoption is prioritized.
- You own all technical content including playbooks, guru cards, etc.
- You manage and facilitate training for enablement programs such as Carta University and FA Delivery Bootcamp
- You build strong working relationships with other areas of the internal organization that directly interact with your teammates.
- You will assist teams in meeting client deliverables, as needed.
- You are a driver of a positive, inclusive and engaging team culture across the team.
The Team You'll Work With
The Fund Admin Technical Enablement team at Carta is growing, and we have a proven product/market fit in the venture capital space. We put our customers first, are problem solvers, and deliver consistent on-time results. We project manage effectively and work seamlessly with various teams across VC Delivery to act as one Carta.
The Fund Admin Technical Enablement Team that you will join partners closely with Product, FA Delivery functional teams and senior leadership to drive standardization through enablement initiatives.
About You
- You have strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
- You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively within your team and other teams within the organization
- You are able to multitask to meet multiple project deadlines
- You have a deep understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Fund Administration or willingness to learn
- 3+ years in fund accounting, operations or enablement a plus but not required
- You have experience leveraging technologies to automate processes and gain efficiencies
- You are able to determine workarounds while still following the standardized processes within the team
- You like to teach and train team members and help to push for adoption of new and existing processes
- You’re interested in providing best-in-class-service
- You’re interested in working on projects in a fast paced environment with a supportive team and as an individual
Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$113,858.00 - $133,950.00 in Seattle, WA
$119,850.00 - $141,000.00 in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA & New York City, NY
