As we prepare to open our newest location in NASHVILLE, TN!, we’re seeking passionate, enthusiastic Team Members to join us and help spread our message.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with precision and care
• Serve beverages and prepared food, avocado toast, pastries and muffins
• Receive and process payments (credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean cups and plates
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Engage warmly with customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience for each guest
• Communicate La La Land’s mission and values through daily interactions, embodying our culture of kindness
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive, energetic, and fun work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma: relevant training is a plus
• A naturally positive attitude and a genuine love for connecting with people
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Basic math skills
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
